 Shoaib Malik has tied the knot with Pakistani actress Sana Javed amidst ongoing rumors of his separation from Indian tennis legend Sania Mirza. The cricketer shared the news on Saturday via a social media post on X (formerly known as Twitter), featuring pictures from their wedding ceremony with the caption: "And we created you in pairs."

Speculations about Malik's relationship with Javed had circulated for a while, gaining momentum when he extended birthday wishes to the actress last year with the message: "Happy Birthday Buddy," accompanied by a picture of them together.

In March 2022, Malik defended Javed against accusations of rude behavior on set, expressing his positive experiences working with her: "I have known Sana Javed for quite some time now and have had the opportunity to work with her multiple times. From my personal experience, I can only say that she has always been kind and courteous towards me and the people around us."

However, before marrying Sania Mirza, Malik faced allegations of a previous marriage with Ayesha Siddiqui, which he denied. Malik clarified that the accusations surrounding Ayesha were based on fraud. The incident involved phone calls in the early 2000s, where Ayesha, claiming to be a fan, developed feelings for Malik. Attempts to meet in person were unsuccessful, and when a meeting was planned in 2005, Ayesha abruptly left for the USA.
